MS.Y.M. (76yo) became a shingles condition in 2017. At that time, her daughter gave birth to a grandchild, so she helped her daughter with housework every day. In early October of the same year, when she was a bit tired and had little appetite, she had red and tingling pain under her eyes, cheeks, and mouth on the left side of her face, so she received the Jorei-Healing every day at the branch.
