FLUORIDE toothpaste risk（含氟牙膏的危害）

I am using a fluoride free toothpaste. Because it is said that fluorine has a cancer risk in the future. There are two opinions regarding fluorine: safety and danger. Safety people say that there is no problem as long as you don’t drink a tube of toothpaste, but it is my policy that I try not to take suspicious substances in my body as much as possible. I worry the risk if fluoride  enters into blood from gap between tooth and gum. Brushing your teeth is a daily habit, so even a small amount accumulates in your body. In Europe and the United States, regulations are strict and fluoride seems to be prohibited. During World War II, it is said that the Nazis put fluoride into tap water to reduce Jewish insurrection, and they think it is a dangerous substance. Here in Malaysia and Japan, most of toothpaste involve fluoride. With the recent pandemic, I found that most of medical and hygiene-related products recommended by the mass media, commercial, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and medical associations are controlled by interest, so they do not inform us of the true safety. Therefore we need to investigate its safety by ourselves.
