Since Ms.M.I. became a Jorei member 27 years ago, she had been living well without major illness and without going to the hospital. She opened a coffee shop 15 years ago, and in order to care for the health of her customers rather than profits, she had chosen natural vegetables and eggs with few pesticides and seasonings that were less harmful and cooked.
